1. Do you stock or ship the products directly?
No, we operate as a dropshipping store. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers on AliExpress and Zopi Dropshipping. We do not handle or stock any products ourselves.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the supplier or through your AliExpress account.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Typically:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Note that processing times (1-3 business days) may apply before shipment.
4. What should I do if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
You must contact the supplier directly through your AliExpress account or via Zopi Dropshipping. Our store does not manage returns or exchanges since we do not fulfill the orders.
5. Can I request a refund?
Refunds are subject to the supplier’s return and refund policy on AliExpress or Zopi Dropshipping. We cannot process refunds directly. Please refer to the return policy provided by the supplier handling your order.
