At Eyetective Camera Glasses, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (such as AliExpress and Zopi), returns are handled according to the supplier’s policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund in line with the supplier’s return policy. Please contact the supplier directly using the details provided in your shipping confirmation email.
General Returns
Returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect item are not accepted.
